1. Client-First Architecture

Zila is designed with a decentralized, local-first architecture. We do not use any heavy external databases (such as Supabase or Firebase). All cost calculation inputs (floor counts, materials selections, district rates) are processed entirely inside your local browser. No personal project planning inputs are permanently stored on our servers.

2. Payment Verification Protocol

To activate the Premium Package, you submit your name, phone number, and eSewa Transaction Reference Code. This information is securely transmitted to a private administrative issue queue in our GitHub repository strictly for manual payment audits. Once the developer approves your transaction, a cryptographically signed license key (JWT) is generated and stored locally in your browser's localStorage. We do not sell or share your contact details.

3. Zila AI Engineer & API Security

The Zila AI Consultant utilizes the Gemini API. Chat history is maintained temporarily within your current session to provide context and is not saved in any database after the session is closed.

4. Engineering Disclaimer

Zila provides preliminary cost estimations and budgeting tools based on weekly market price verification. These calculations are planning guidelines and do not constitute certified structural engineering designs or formal valuations for bank mortgage collateral. Always engage a licensed civil engineer and submit official drawings to municipal authorities (Naksha Pass) before starting structural concrete works.
