This Privacy Policy applies to the software suite developed by Er. Angel Mainali, which currently includes ZILA (a construction cost estimator web app) and Zila LandKit (a Chrome extension). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

2. Data We Collect

A. For ZILA (Web App)

• Project Data: We collect the district, floor count, and area you input to generate accurate construction estimates.
• Payment Verification: If you purchase a premium report, we securely collect your name, phone number, and eSewa transaction ID strictly to verify the payment and unlock your document.

B. For Zila LandKit (Chrome Extension)

• Zero Remote Tracking: The extension operates entirely locally on your device. We do not track your browsing history, read your page content, or monitor the websites you visit.
• Local Processing: All land area, cost, and EMI calculations are performed locally within your browser.
• Local Storage: If you save a property or setting, it is stored securely within your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly opt into a future premium cloud-sync feature.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use data solely to provide the core functionality of our web application (delivering verified PDF BOQ reports). We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification or phone numbers to third parties. Zila LandKit operates locally and does not actively harvest user data for monetization.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase (a secure, enterprise-grade backend). All communication between your device and our database is encrypted via modern HTTPS protocols.
